Delete your Neutrino account or data
You can delete your whole Neutrino account, or only some of your data, at any time. You don't need the app installed: everything below also works on the web, or by email.
Delete your account and all its data
In the Android app: open You → Privacy and data → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
On the web: sign in at neutrino.blog/app, open Account → Privacy & data → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
By email: if you can't sign in, email support@neutrino.blog from the address you use for Neutrino and ask us to delete your account. We'll reply to confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What happens next
- Your account closes straight away and you're signed out on every device.
- You have 7 days to change your mind: signing in again cancels the deletion.
- After 7 days we permanently erase your profile, meals, food photos, health and fitness readings, medicines, conditions, coach conversations, weekly plans and every other record in your account.
- Copies in our backups disappear as backups roll over, within 7 more days.
- Kept: support tickets you sent us, for up to 3 years after they close, and the purchase records Google Play and tax law require. Foods you added that became part of the shared food list stay there, without your name or anything that links them to you.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or it keeps renewing.
Delete only some of your data
You can keep your account and remove just part of your data:
- Meals, food photos, workouts, weight, blood glucose and blood pressure readings: open the entry in the app or on the web and choose Delete.
- Weekly meal and workout plans: open the plan and choose Delete.
- Anything else, such as your coach conversations, or everything from a date range: email support@neutrino.blog and tell us what to delete. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.
Data you shared with Health Connect stays there until you delete it in Health Connect, because Health Connect belongs to your phone, not to Neutrino.
Download a copy first
Before deleting, you can download everything in your account as a file: Privacy and data → Download all my data, in the app or on the web.
